I came to this clinic for a hair transplantation. Initially, I was a bit cautious and somewhat panicky, but Dr. Lima and Sister Iliakiya here explained the procedure well. Even then, I had some fear before going into the OT room. But once I entered, it didn't even feel like a surgery room! The two of them were so friendly like chatting in a coffee shop. We ended up talking about many things, including Tamil Nadu politics!. The surgery was so smooth, so friendly, with no discomfort just pure fun. I had a really very very good experience.
Dr. Lima spoke like an old friend throughout the surgery. And Illakiya, the sister, was super caring explaining everything at the start, and even now on the third day post-surgery, she calls me every morning to check on me. Overall, a very good experience.
